The Fair St. Clair Classic will be the official opening night of the new Belle-Clair Fairgrounds Park Speedway. A complete program of racing action includes the ’The Fair St. Clair Classic’ DIRTcar Modified special event features local and regional superstars (including Kenny Wallace) chasing a big payday and etching themselves into the history books as the first main event winner at the new 1/4 mile, high-banked oval.
